Ms. Razzaq has joined PHDF as CEO in March 2023. Ms. Razzaq is a senior Civil Servant who retired from FBR in 2019. She holds a Master's in Pakistan Studies from QAU and HRM from the University of Manchester UK. She has a variety of experiences to her credit. Her career as a Civil Servant was quite dynamic. She has served as Chief Commissioner RTO Rawalpindi, DG Withholding Taxes, and DG Research and Development. Ms. Razzaq also served in National Accountability Bureau from 1999-2005 for six years as an Asset Investigator. Before, joining PHDF She served in FTO as Income Tax Advisor for two years. Ms. Razzaq is also a Chevening Scholar 1996-97 and remained an Associate Research Fellow with the School of Management and Organizational Psychology at Birbeck College University of London through assistance provided by Charllace Wallace Trust Scholarship in 2001. In 2007 Ms. Razzaq was selected for the prestigious US program of "International Leadership Visitors Program".

Arshad Khan
Field Monitoring Officer
Arshad Khan is an experienced development professional with over two decades of service in national organizations. He began his career at the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) in 2002 as an Office Assistant and was later promoted to Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in 2004.
