American Fund for Human Development (AFHD)

AFHD is a partner organisation of PHDF. Several directors are on the Board. Donated Rs. 7.5 million for Human Development, Rs. 1.7 million for Flood Relief, and Rs. 0.2 million for Adult Literacy Centers.

OMV donated Rs. 607,200 in 2009 for Human Development in Pakistan.

UNESCO donated Rs. 28.8 million for improving literacy quality and Rs. 7.8 million for Education and Health Program and Capacity Development.

ILO donated Rs. 411,900 in 2010 for Flood Relief Operations.

Save the Children donated Rs. 5.2 million for Education and Health Programme and Capacity Development.

HOPE International donated Rs. 34 million in 2009 and Rs. 21 million in 2010 for Internally Displaced Persons in medicines.

Abbott Laboratories donated Rs. 4.5 million in 2011 for Flood Relief Operations.

Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is a partner organisation of PHDF. They donated Rs. 129.5 million in 2006 and Rs. 103.8 million in 2007 for health programs in 12 districts of Pakistan.

Coca Cola Beverage Limited is on the Board of PHDF represented by its CEO. They contributed US $100,000 as directors’ contribution, Rs. 1.5 million for Flood Relief, and Rs. 0.4 million for Adult Literacy Centers in 2011.

Creative Energy Resources Corporation

CER is a partner organisation of PHDF. Mr. Shahzad Qasim, CEO CER is also on the Board. CER donated US $50,000 in 2008 for human development and US $50,000 in 2010 for Flood Relief Operations.

District Governments

District Governments have supported PHDF/NCHD with Rs. 1 million for Human Development, Rs. 8.2 million for CTLC, Rs. 2.3 million for Education & Health, and Rs. 0.8 million for Adult Literacy Centres. Chief Minister Sindh donated Rs. 2.5 million in 2010.

Government of Punjab

Government of Punjab has supported PHDF/NCHD with Rs. 500 million in 2008 for strengthening basic health units and improving health of primary school students.

I-Care Foundation
